Lovely man in store helped find the right one, after using mattress selector full and clear explanation of delivery and removal of old one. Clear emails from company on time for delivery. Calls from delivery team the day before and day of delivery to confirm times they were coming, both guys who turned up were charming and took all precautions (masks etc). Would recommend and happily go back next time we be need something they sell.”

They helped my try out the chairs for “fit” to the people who would occupy them and helped me find a chair that was not too expensive.This month, one of the chairs came apart and I scheduled an appointment with them to buy a new chair.Because I did not know how to dispose of the old chair, I took it with me to the appointment. It had not occurred to me that it could be fixed or that the Office Furniture Warehouse owner would fix the chair.Because of COVID, I did not get out of my van. . . Pete came out and took the chair out of the van, took it into the warehouse, fixed it, and returned it to my van. No charge.Is that good service or what!
