I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I waited around 15 minutes just to ask if they had my shoe size available. One member of staff was busy, so I asked another staff member for help, but they simply redirected me back to the person who was already occupied.
I was disappointed with my visit to this store today. As others have mentioned the staff could be more polite…I also had to double-check the prices at the till, as they didn’t match what was displayed.
