Terrible service. Number not recognised on Rightmove. Had to google and find an alternative number, person who answered was clearly not interested in the fact the number was wrong on Rightmove. Booked me a viewing for nearly a week later as that was only time available. Turn up and no1 here. Rang 3 times before got an answer to he told property was let last week!! We both took time off work to view this property as it was top of our short list. If i were a landlord i would totally avoid this company. Cant even be bothered to update Rightmove never mind potential tenants.

Very unprofessional. After me and my partner went to a viewing with Richard, he told us he will be sending us an application form, he will forward it to the landlord after it is completed by us and he will contact us shortly after to let us know if we have been approved. We have completed the application forms and sent it. We did not receive any response. After few days, we have decided to contact them if everything was alright with the forms and if they need any further information. No response, again. It has been a month since this happened. Wasted our time and effort. Very unprofessional.

I normally don't give 1 star reviews but in this case Richard said he'll forward my application to the landlord and that he'll contact me back within one day. He then took a few days holiday during which I wasn't able to contact him. When he came back he sent me an email saying he's sorry that I have "missed out on this occasion". I think he might've been slightly responsible for me "missing out".edit: Oooh! They seem to have replied by saying ?we feel that we are fair and reasonable?, let me reply back: how about not treating renters like **** and instead of having 10 applicants where obviously 9 of them will be disappointed you treat them on a first-come-first-served basis??Once a person says ?yes? and you make sure they are suitable, you stop having viewings? How about that? How about you don?t take advantage of high demand and instead treat your fellow human beings with a shred of respect instead of going full-blown capitalist on them? Would that seem ?fair and reasonable??

I booked an online viewing with this estate agent for a property to let a few days in advance.I then called an hour beforehand and they confirmed it would be going ahead.Ten minutes AFTER the scheduled start time I called to ask why I hadn?t received an invitation to a call for the viewing, and I was told they couldn?t do the viewing? no reason why - just that they couldn?t do it. They didn?t even bother to in advance call to let me know they had cancelled my appointment.

I rented student accommodation through Premier and they were fantastic. Ellie was always very helpful and kept the process really simple for us. I couldn't recommend using Premier more if you want a good professional service where they are happy to help with any query you have.

Everyone working at Premier was friendly and approachable. However, there was a lack of proactivity and it was seemingly very understaffed. They were very difficult to contact via email for maintenance requests, and once contacted would then need several follow ups before the maintenance was carried out (some never did even after waiting 6 months). I was disappointed with the way the end of my tenancy was carried out, it was hard to liase with the agents to carry out the change of tenant, and the two week process ended up taking 5 weeks. Friendly agents but with a time management issue.

Got out student house for next year through Ellie, had an amazing experience and she couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful! We all had an easy experience and ended up with a lovely house, would definitely recommend.

My 73 year old mother and East Oxford resident of over 35 years was told by one of the Premier estate agents today that she should be a ?good neighbour? and take the noisy student tenant?s bins in, when she attempted to address the issues she?s been having. She tried to inform him of the constant high level noise and general nuisance that?s generated by his tenants. He consistently talked over her and showed zero empathy or humility regarding the stress she is constantly caused by his tenants in the neighbouring home she has lived in for over 30 years! I?ve never ever heard anything good about Premier from either tenant or the many hone Wonder I know of the area who have had to deal with their tenants over the years. It seems they only care to serve the landlords.

We are currently renting through Premier and couldn't recommend them enough. We are looking for a house for next year and sadly have had to go with another letting agent (because of our requirements) who we've had huge issues with. Charlie and Ellie have helped us so much in the process (which of course they didn't need to do!). They really do care that their tenants are being treated properly and would definitely recommend them to any students.

I've rented my property through Premier for many years and I've seen them develop from a small family firm to the highly professional business they are today. Charlie and Jo have provide quality customer service and their expertise at navigating ways through the choppy waters generated by the pandemic has been and is superb. They've been intelligent, patient and practical. A huge thank you to both!

Premier provided excellent service. Amy was extremely responsive, thorough and diligent and she made relocating a lot less stressful. I am very thankful for her cooperation and adaptability. Premier are a reliable, professional estate agents and I would highly recommend them.

Premier Lettings is a fantastic, professional company to deal with. Charlie is always on hand for guidance and expert advice whenever I need him. The interactions I've had with the rest of the team have also always been great, they are all very knowledgeable in their field and respond in a timely, friendly manner.I highly recommend Charlie and the rest of his team to anyone looking either to rent a property or to use them as their agent.

A really terrible experience. Avoid Premier at all cost.1. Late remittance of rent. I actually still have not received my first rent.2. Took 3 months to find a tenant for my apartment (despite them showing me evidence of how quickly they can let a place and at a good price). Failed to find a tenant for my carpark space which I successfully did in a week, claiming my offer is overpriced.3. Simply telling me the potential tenants passed the references and decided on my behalf to let to them, despite me asking for more details about the tenants such as how long they intend to stay, what their occupation are. Then later claimed to not have received any of my emails. I mean this is 21st century how could emails just gone vanished. I emailed to dozen of people in this company and they just chose to ignore my simple questions. I would happily accept them as my tenants has Premier responded to me. Now the trust is lost it just seemed like I am forced and have no say or preference whatsoever. They even threw in the contract and basically said that they had the right to do so.4. Due to their incompetence to manage my property, the tenants are not happy and Premier wishes to incur the cost (lost of a month's rent) to me. Just unacceptable.5. Extremely poor communication. Due to work nature I am not usually reachable by phone. But I always respond to their emails within a day or two. But first they ignored my emails and claimed they never received them. I had to use another mailbox to email them. Then they would still take at least a week to respond and would always ignore some of my questions

I can?t praise high enough the support and service we have received from Premier and Ellie in particular. We had to relocate quickly and the whole process was transparent and easy to follow. Every question was responded to clearly and quickly and Ellie made sure we had a great service. Would thoroughly recommend Premier
