Terrible service. Number not recognised on Rightmove. Had to google and find an alternative number, person who answered was clearly not interested in the fact the number was wrong on Rightmove. Very unprofessional. After me and my partner went to a viewing with Richard, he told us he will be sending us an application form, he will forward it to the landlord after it is completed by us and he will contact us shortly after to let us know if we have been approved. I normally don't give 1 star reviews but in this case Richard said he'll forward my application to the landlord and that he'll contact me back within one day.
