The so called store manager really need to learn customer service. She didn?t know anything about gift vouchers and got worked up when we started asking questions. Told us to wait outside the shop if we got any problems. I was so shocked by the treatment today at this shop. I Was out for some birthday shopping today and feel so upset after the way I was so spoken to on my birthday. MANGO needs to train staff, the people etiquette before hiring them for customer service. End of the day your staff are represent the brand.

Shocking behaviour having been spoken to so rudely by the ?manager? the lady in all black. Refused to give her name an oblivious excuse to shocking service.I would welcome customer service reach out to me as I would like this to be formally looked at

Staff are so friendly nice and helpful. I don?t normally shop in store and only my second time going but will be back. Only downside is there are no baskets and not enough places to try on shoes but luckily the team was really helpful.

I visited Mango earlier today! They had really good stuff and I found the best ever trench coat. Wouldn't have done it without Angela's help, the lovely sales assistant! She had very interesting outfit ideas and showed me how to style my new coat! I will definitely go back and look for her! Thank you Angela! ?

I visited Mango yesterday and as always I liked so many things. But I am giving five stars because of Angela?s exceptional service. She was very helpful while I was choosing what I wanted to buy, she gave me super cool idea on how to wear my new coat and really went out of her way to be as helpful as possible!

My friend bought Levi jeans in the US but they never removed the security tag, unfortunately the Levi shop in the Westage have different tags in the UK.We went to several shops in the Westgate with no success but Mango was the one!The man at the till was really friendly, checked our receipt and managed to get the tag off! 10/10 customer service even though it wasn?t a Mango issue :D

Yesterday I visited Mango as I saw some great sales, and lady called Angela was super super helpful and ever so kind in helping me pick and choose the right sizes. She even went so far as to help me hold all my things and look for different options. Absolutely lovely, thank you!

A really lovely member of staff helped me today with trying on clothes and sizes so I could order a dress online. She was amazing and after placing the order she told me to go downstairs and pay at the till. I was in a little bit of a rush and passed another employee who asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for the till but with my mask on I dont think he heard me properly so I told him not to worry and continued looking for it.I got to the till but there was no one serving behind it and I looked back to see the man just staring at me. When he came over he was very rude - getting really close and speaking aggressively right in my face about "what do I want" and "he's the one on the till so why didn't I say so" with a really angry and frustrated tone.It was very confrontational and intimidating and it really shook me up to be spoken to so horribly out of the nowhere after all the other staff had been so nice and I started to cry. At this point he left and asked another girl to deal with me, not even apologising, but by that point I just really wanted to get away from him. My friend showed up and though I tried to go through with the purchase, I was so upset that I ended up just leaving.I know that Oxford was busy today and using masks makes communication harder but that was horrible. I love mangos clothes and I shop there all the time, but after an experience like that I won't be going back to the Oxford branch again.
