The so called store manager really need to learn customer service. She didn’t know anything about gift vouchers and got worked up when we started asking questions. Shocking behaviour having been spoken to so rudely by the “manager” the lady in all black. Refused to give her name an oblivious excuse to shocking service.I would welcome customer service reach out to me as I would like this to be formally looked at

Staff are so friendly nice and helpful. I don’t normally shop in store and only my second time going but will be back. Only downside is there are no baskets and not enough places to try on shoes but luckily the team was really helpful.
