When I pointed this out to the person on the Click & Collect desk I received no explanation nor apology, but I was refunded £1.”

“Called in whilst visiting area. Very helpful, friendly member of staff named Linda,who was great. She had some brilliant suggestions on using tester paint pots. Told me to paint them on paper not directly on the walls, so they could be moved around and into darker or lighter areas etc. Also no marks left on walls. So simple, but great idea.”

Well if you've ever shopped with Headington Bathrooms you will realise that excellent customer service is how this business has survived and grown for so many years. Nothing is ever too much trouble, ask a question and on the rare occasion that they don't know the answer, they will not only say so but endeavor to find the answer for you. Excellent product knowledge and wouldn't sell anything they wouldn't buy themselves, if you are either DIY or trade you will be treated with the same respect and courtesy.I would never buy from any other retailer, honestly no one else could compete!!”

The people there were very helpful explaining everything to me as I had never done it before, answered all my questions by phone and helped me bring it to and form my car.
