    Went to the Oxford store and we’re asking about tiles as we need a whole bathroom doing and we’re not sure of the design we want yet. the man just said it’s personal preference and I said we wanted to get a design done like we are doing with kitchen and he again said it’s personal preference and he left.     Waited 20 mins for someone to see me. Gave up and left. 3 guys doing a service on a van (2 on their phones) one taking stock. Rather get a refund and go elsewhere. Not coming back here. Shame used to come all the time
