I?ve had my nails done with Joyti & Olena, both providing a brilliant service and fantastic nails. My hair has been cut by Tracy & Chloe who have both done lovely hair cuts, for the colour I?ve had Lisa, Kerry & Chloe, again all brilliant. As you can tell I?m happy to have services done by all members of staff, all are talented and I always leave feeling very happy.

Booked an appointment for my nails. Despite this the person wasn?t available and I was told the waiting time was going to be at least 30min. Very disappointed as I couldn?t possibly waiting almost the length of the appointment !

Pauline has been cutting my hair for about 40 (!!) years now, and always does a magnificent job, but all the staff are lovely - good humoured and helpful!

Staff were lovely and managed to squeeze me in as I got my appointment wrong but my experience with the nail lady was really disappointing :( I paid £20 for a gel removal and manicure but she didn?t soak off the nails and instead filed them off with an electric file so my nails are very damaged after this. Wouldn?t go back unfortunately
