Booked an appointment for my nails. Despite this the person wasn’t available and I was told the waiting time was going to be at least 30min. Very disappointed as I couldn’t possibly waiting almost the length of the appointment !

Have had my hair done by Pauline for many years and had the usual excellent service from her on Friday. Glad she is continuing in post with the new owners.
