The staff in this store are so intimidating I work for boots myself but constantly being followed round this store when your just browsing, even if your carrying a basket. Never in my life have I been told off for smelling shampoo, until I visited this Boots today late afternoon. I have sensitive skin, so I can’t just grab any shampoo; I need to know the scent before spending £9. My friend recommended me Aveeno as they do a whole range, so naturally, I wanted to smell before buying.
1 star is being generous, 6 times today I’ve tried calling the store about my prescription, 6 times no answer, while I’m at work and I have been told to go to the store so have to race around, when a phone call can sort it.
