It is really unacceptable that customers are forced to discuss very private financial matters in total public with personnel who are steadfastly positioned behind glass screens. Quite simply the worst Nationwide branch in England. Staff are so unhelpful and don't seem to know how to do their jobs. And to think this is the last bank in Henley on Thames... Should close this one as well.
