Went on a recce, and the hotel looks good. Busy, active and welcoming. A quick view of the spa looks good too. Time spent with a good book and a coffee could be well spent here. Planning to go back soon.

A group of us were there for a spa weekend recently. Few of the bedrooms had no heating. Reported it to reception who on the third call sent someone up with a portable radiator. TV remote was not working, dining area was cold too! Spa treatmentwas average

This was a 70th birthday treat for me and my 2 daughters. Everything was fine, pool and sauna etc but the issue was the sun loungers. All had towels or belongings on but were mostly unoccupied. We attempted to sit on some but were moved on by a lady who was saving one for her friend, apparently having a treatment ,who didn't...
