I purchased a VitrA S 50 soft close toilet seat from QS supplies on the 11th August to replace a seat that had been there since 2005 and the only reason for replacing was that it discoloured over time the new seat was £65.00 not cheap for a toilet seat but it was to replace the existing seat which was fitted to a Vitra...

After one year, the WC has failed and tech support can’t help with the spare part that’s needed. Poor poor service. If only I knew this before I bought two units for over £2500.
