“Just had a new boiler installed by A1 Services Oxford. The whole process was very efficient from the point of calling them when the old boiler started leaking to the installation of the new boiler. All my emails and phone calls in the lead up to the installation were dealt with promptly and professionally. On the installation days the guys who came to install the new boiler were really professional and did a great job and left the house in a clean and tidy state both days. I would thoroughly recommend A1 Services.”

“I am a retailer who recommends this all the time and for the price it good to get such a good quality product. The poor comments on here are mainly linked to the service which maybe down to the shop they bought from rather than Vitra. I have used warranty claims twice for my shop and they were excellent replaced a chipped basin foc which is always a questionable one! Toilet seat no questions asked as it was in warranty period!”
“Completely different experience to what other reviews have reported. I've donated twice in the last few weeks, items from my mum who died recently, both times the staff were helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Today the lady on the counter was most obliging, checking in some jewellery and watches, for which there was a lovely display already just by the counter. Other stock in the shop looked good quality, organised and attractive. I would encourage all Didcot shoppers to take a look!”
