Unprofessional. It says they open at 10, and yet they have the door locked, and they all sit around doing nothing and drink coffees. How is this acceptable? No wonders this shop has such poor reviews.

An initially good experience at the point of sale turned to dust sadly. We upgraded all of our family phones and were upsold a broadband switch from BT to EE. On installation we had an issue with our broadband transfer. When we raised this issue with the same person who sold a ?like for like? service to us, he couldn?t have been more disinterested. We eventually got the problem resolved over the phone with BT and went back to our old system. Our conclusion? They?re only interested if they can sell you something - do not bother going back to them if you have a problem, you?d be wasting your time.

The younger staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The manager is bit rude and abrupt.

Always 2-3staff with one customer, not really professional and lack of knowledge as they constantly need help from others.
Really long wait time and staff just chatting away in the back.
Waited for almost 1 hour with nobody even asking why I'm there..was just asked to take a sit and wait..nearly an hour later got up and left without anyone even asking im I need help or anything.
Staff not to blame..lack of management makes Didcor EE a very unprofessional branch!

The staff at the EE store in Didcot are professional and friendly. I went in stressed about a screen repair and left with all my concerns listened to and addressed. Rivers and Tom, with their excellent attitudes and sales skills, attended to me, guided by Harry's expert knowledge and management.
