Very poor customer service. Phoned up to ask for Broadband prices as I?m in the market for a new broadband package. Only to be told by the Assistant manager that they can?t share prices over the phone as it?s a EE policy and that I would have to come in to the shop if I wanted a ?deal?.I found this to be quite strange? so I asked why EE had such a policy in place. The response I got was that they would be breaching GDPR if I shared my postal code with them over the phone?I think the staff need to brush up on their knowledge of the GDPR.The first and the last time I will be trying to do any business with EE?..

No knowledge of stock level, promise delivery to store that they can't do. Unhelpful staff go on line but AVOID this store. Useless.
