Unprofessional. It says they open at 10, and yet they have the door locked, and they all sit around doing nothing and drink coffees. How is this acceptable? No wonders this shop has such poor reviews.

An initially good experience at the point of sale turned to dust sadly. We upgraded all of our family phones and were upsold a broadband switch from BT to EE.
