“Completely different experience to what other reviews have reported. I've donated twice in the last few weeks, items from my mum who died recently, both times the staff were helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Today the lady on the counter was most obliging, checking in some jewellery and watches, for which there was a lovely display already just by the counter. Other stock in the shop looked good quality, organised and attractive. I would encourage all Didcot shoppers to take a look!”

“I was panicking when I saw the amount of money I'd have to pay online to post some books to my nieces and nephews in Holland and Norway but at the postoffice in WH Smith it wasn't that expensive, I was rather pleased with that and relieved. They're very helpful ladies in the postoffice, you know.”
