“Very efficient and friendly Post Office and shop, you are always greeted with a smile and friendliness, I always prefer to use this post office as they are the most speedy and efficient and you are never met with grumpiness or a feeling of being a hindrance to them as I have experienced in another Bicester post office.”

“No issues, longer queue than usual but I put this down to staff sickness andthe closure of local banks causing people paying in large amounts of cash now at the post office. The lady behind the counter was helpful but there on her own.”
“The older staff are a bit grumpy (they don't like to be questioned: they tell you what service you need and that's it). Overall, all staff provide a good, knowledgeable service. My post has always arrived on time and in good condition.”
“Just want to say thankyou to however kindly put my parcel in a clear bag and cabled tied it for me to stop it getting damaged/more ripped. The person who send my parcel used brown wrapping paper which rips very easily. And unfortunately through delivery it was all ripped.Thankyou very much great service ??Also just to add the lady at the delivery office is also very kind and always smiling just what you need with what’s going on in the world :)”

“Have used this place for many years and have only every had superb service (and the eggs are great!). Sometimes they are unable to accept an Amazon QR code but it's not their fault and they explain how it is easily rectified. I can't fault them and I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews - certainly not my experience and the village would be lost without this.”
