“My wife and I moved from a well-known Bicester pharmacy after receiving increasingly bad customer service. I looked on the website and came across Bicester pharmacy, I contacted them directly told of the Services opening hours et cetera and asked if I and my wife to be added to the list of clients. Since joining Bicester pharmacy, I can give nothing, but the highest of praise for their service, their politeness on the telephone and the stock of our medicines.”

“Always very helpful, but I think if someone went down the line and took the prescription stubs by the time you get to the front of the Queue it would be done. Also maybe a line for general advice and a Line for picking up prescriptions would quicken the process? I’ve never understood the one at a time approach when there is always a long queue?”

“The staff were really helpful and friendly. I was a little bit late so I called to let them know and they were happy to wait for me to arrive. They provided really helpful advice and replaced my contact lenses with an up to date prescription with no issues at all.”

“I've moved my nominated pharmacy from Superdrug in the town centre to this branch of Jardines, and today was the first time using them, and despite there being a queue the service was excellent, the customer service was sport on (both from the pharmacist and supporting staff member), and best of all, they actually had my medication!”

“The team go above and beyond any pharmacy I've ever visited. Thankful for patience the team offer day in day out.If there are medication shortages in the region /the UK the staff cannot magic it "up" out of thin air and good will!.”

“Sorry to read of the occasional poor experience here; my experience was always excellent. My father was a regular customer here until he went into a care home. He had a complicated set of regular items on prescription, and he had dementia. The staff here were always so kind in helping him get everything just right, including sorting it all into dispensing boxes for carers to supervise. His memory was poor and he was confused, but he held them in such high esteem that he always thought of coming here first for all sorts of stuff they don't even sell: watch batteries, Sudoku books, apples... 'I'll try at the chemist's'. Thank you.”
