“Can’t thank Hannah P enough for her incredibly patient attitude towards me, a new kitten mommy who needed to rapidly buy several new products and food for our new family member Massimo. I was a nervous wreck and had far too many things on my mind but she was so patient, attentive, and genuinely understood the mentality of a cat owner who wants the best for their Pet. She explained everything in detail, including the returns policy if my little munchkin doesn’t like the food.As a newer resident to Bicester I would definitely choose your store over any of the mass market versions because the customer service is 2nd to none and I’m really glad that I can get frozen raw food at a moments notice without having to buy giant quantities through the post. You are an absolute credit to the city.”

“I booked the pets at home half term workshop today which was FREE.Katie was running the workshop today and she was absolutely fabulous, she was kind, patient and knowledgeable. My son thoroughly enjoyed cuddling and learning all about the Guinea pigs, he learnt how to give them a health check too which was lovely. Afterwards we went over to the fish and learnt all about the different species and even saw some water snail eggs at the top of the tank which was very interesting, then my son was allowed to feed them.There were cute bunny rabbits, hamsters and other small furries to look at which were adorable and we didn’t feel rushed at all.At the end of the workshop session my son was given a small activity box to take and complete at home which included two balloons and an activity sheet. (Very nice touch)All in all we are very happy we decided to book the workshop, I’d highly recommend it and I honestly can’t believe it was free.Thank you Katie!”
