Appalling service ! Tried calling all week, no one answers the call. Trying to track my 2wk old order. Email says the order was returned but no explanation and no money back ! Did they get the address wrong ? It should be resent by next day delivery ? So bad, never ever use this company again. Bunch of amateurs.

We bought our lovely Hebe the hamster from Petcare and she is the sweetest and happiest to be handled of all our 11 previous hammies!
