My mum and I went here to get me a bike to get to and from work on, after failed attempts with my delivery from Halfords I cancelled the order and came here. David was absolutely brilliant, he explained everything so well, the different kinds of helmets, locks and lights (which we all sorted in store) as well as asking my preferences with the bike and what I?d be using it for so he offered me the right options. I will be collecting my bike tomorrow and although i?m hoping i won?t need to come in any time soon, if anything does go wrong on the bike or i decide i need anything else for it I will definitely be coming here before i go anywhere else! Thank you David and the lovely team you?ve got there ??

Cycle, lights, lock and helmet all purchased.
Bike that we chose was not in the shop, but was in their warehouse and they kindly offered to get for us and have it ready by the next day

I don?t often leave reviews but this one is very much deserved - I took my bike in for a repair and within a couple of days it was fixed for a very reasonable price. I will certainly be taking it back for a service etc in the future, knowing they?re a trust worthy, reliable local business!

I called in during a ride with a minor brake problem, they fixed it immediately. It was clear that this is the type of bike shop I have been looking for since moving to the area! I took the bike back later in the day to leave it for a full brake check. The quality of the work was first class, the advice on maintenance excellent and, above all, the professional knowledge and customer was what I look for in a bike shop. They will get my bike business from now on.
