Martyn and David and the team @Broadribb are great and go the extra mile, questioning component performance and reaching out to manufacturers when/where required. My son had some work done on his bike a few weeks ago it’s come lose again took it back in they are not intreated in tightening back up or fixing they just want to bill for the work again.The manager has since contacted me and put things right so because off this I’m changing my rating.It was just a shame they couldn’t... read full comment

After using this shop for several years I’m going to stop. Very rude service from somebody too busy ‘spannering’ to actually talk to me in a normal way. Disrespected and condescended. I will use a mobile service for my bikes in future.
