Ordered online for delivery on Saturday, order was completely wrong, no response from customer services till Monday and its still not resolved.Edit: I have supplied the requested information and have had no response or reply, awful customer services, it doesn't work.

Waitrose is a difficult place to shop, sadly just like all the other hig supermarkets- serve yourself is what Waitrose want. There is not enough staff, they are too busy with other duties to provide a service to customers.The vouchers earned by customers are on-line so a 78 year old, non-techy person like me stands no chance...
