Warwick road Sainsbury's is absolutely awful, the staff are rude, ignorant and arrogant, they are preoccupied chatting on headsets and ignore customers, I was in there with my husband on Sunday evening 31st August, and overhead staff ridiculing a customer. My only thing would be is to have more actual tills open, personally I don't like the self scan on bigger shops, your staff are paid to provide a service.
