“I took my 5 month GSD puppy into the store for help with pulling and barking on walks. He’s completely friendly but very excited by all of the stimuli on a walk and I’m only small. He was extremely loud in the store but staff assured me he was fine to bring in. Within 5 minutes I was speaking with someone and trying on body and muzzle harnesses to help reduce his pull. Instantly the first set up we tried stopped his bad walking etiquette and we even managed a walk outside the busy store and around the shop with other dogs and people who he paid no attention to. Since using these products he doesn’t pull bark or even attempt to walk unruly with me and it’s been an absolute joy ! So much so that i can already have him on a very loose lead with a lot of slack and he behaves. Really pleased with the support from the store. Can’t wait to venture out now with my pup!”
