Went in today looking for a vinyl for a family birthday. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Oscar helped us out brilliantly, showed us exactly the band we were looking for and showed us the different cases they had on offer at the moment when we asked about storage. We are regularly in the store for a reason, The service is always amazing, and the staff are always willing to help and this is why we prefer to go in store as all staff seem very clued up on products

Excellent store with friendly, welcoming staff, who are are always happy to talk about recommendations for films and music! The selection of boutique label Blu-rays and DVDs is very good.
