“Found a new place to shop other than Dunhelm and Homebase. Pleasantly surprised with the variety of merchandise they had available. Did a quick browse around the store. A clean and organized store with reasonable prices. Friendly workers. The only negative experience was having to set up the use of a parking app to pay for parking. The park pay machine was being worked on at the time of this short visit. As is the norm in the UK parking slots are made for small-sized cars and you can't open your door properly to get in or out of it when the car park lot is full. Found what I came for. Short quick que and done. Overall, it was a good shopping experience.”

“There is an excellent range of cards and very cheap prices. Despite how mind-numbly dull it must be to work in a card shop, the staff still manage to crack a smile and wish you a good day.If visiting on a weekend and you have a pram/mobility issues, try to go early/late or on a weekday as the shop was very very cramped at 11am on a Saturday. It was hard to move round and may be too stressful for some people. (especially around Christmas time)”

“Super friendly staff, I picked up an order of wood cladding and the staff already informed me they’d checked it and there were a lot of knot at the edge of the tongue and groove so found another packet and sorted through until they could make up a good pack. Super happy, other places just say it’s a natural material and to be expected. Also the man on the wood cutting is very knowledgeable and offered advice about our project”

“The bolt that holds my kitchen sink together to the waste pipe snapped. It is one of those with a slot for unfastening with a coin so you can clean out the waste. I did secure a replacement but it was too large by mm only. I have been without a sink for 4 days so was fairly desperate. Thrilled to say that they did manage to find a smaller bolt and I now have a working sink again. Deeply grateful. Friendly, helpful staff.”
