Very poor customer service. Since purchasing the coffee machine, I've had nothing but problems—first with the grinder, then they supposedly fixed it and sent it back to me, but then more issues appeared. It makes strange noises and brews coffee that doesn’t match the selected button. Avoid at all costs!
