Bad customer service.I was 6mins late due to traffic for a 45min appointment. Tried to call ahead but couldn?t get through.On arrival, a clerk said the advisor had taken another client using my appointment slot, but the truth was he decided to go on an early lunch instead of calling to check i was still coming.Staff then lied further by saying that they didnt have my number when I asked why he didnt call me. You need to give a phone number in the first place to get an apointment.Finally, a manager told me it was my fault for being late, I couldn?t see anyone today while smirking and pointing to the exit. Didn't even bother to try offering a new appointment.

Very rude customer service at this branch. They were forcing me to switch my account rather than keep my old account which helps with credit score. I would not recommend this branch at all.

Well try and get through to the tel number shown on the Abingdon Bury St website, absolutely impossible, all I wanted to do was cancel an appointment as I had a heavy cold, tried 5 times put my card number in as requested and the voice said does not recognise the number. When I eventually got through to an advisor she put me through, the phone rang and rang and then the line went dead. After more calls I got through in the end, but it will drive anyone up the wall especially when not well. Next time I need to cancel an appointment I would rather just not show up not worth the hassle and cost of the calls.
