One of the Staff who was working in postoffice today was unfriendly and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. No greeting, no help, and no effort to assist. Disappointing experience at the Co-op Post Office.

Horrified to see the customer service person this evening was very unkempt - hair not brushed, no shaved (current trend trend for the stubble look) dirty hands and long nails.
