“Lovely staff. However, long queues - if you're not open on a Friday you need extra staff on a Saturday to answer all the queries and allow the counter to flow freely.”

We were told to wait and after about 10 mins we were seen by a very helpful member of staff called Amber. She was professional and friendly and gave us sound advice. In times when so many local bank branches are being closed, it's great that we could walk into our local branch in this way and receive professional advice.”
