“Lovely staff. However, long queues - if you're not open on a Friday you need extra staff on a Saturday to answer all the queries and allow the counter to flow freely.”
“Great service. We called in at the end of August on the off chance that we could speak to someone about savings options. We were told to wait and after about 10 mins we were seen by a very helpful member of staff called Amber. She was professional and friendly and gave us sound advice. In times when so many local bank branches are being closed, it's great that we could walk into our local branch in this way and receive professional advice.”

“Just about to check out from our two night stay. All in all very good - fast efficient check in, usual clean and tidy room etc. The room was very large compared to some other PI's We have stayed in. If anything negative to highlight was perhaps some of the corridors need a bit of TLC - Just looked a bit worn from foot traffic and woodwork hit by suitcases etc. That aside all was good - I'll leave a separate review for the adjoining Beefeater restaurant.”
