I’ve seen Kath by the tills several times. She is always polite, kind and is well mannered. You don’t get a lot of general service jobs where staff actually care nowadays, but this lady really goes above and beyond in her role. I hope she is getting the recognition from the senior team she deserves. Keep it up Kath!
