“Great bike shop and very knowledgeable people, took my bike to joes on Claylands to get my gears dialled in and went to pick up 3 days later turns out they managed to snap my derailleur and after having an argument with joes I decided to take my bike elsewhere after a Recommendation from a friend went to the works. Tom took one look at my bike and new exactly the problem and offered to fix it right away. Very reliable and in safe hands had no dramas leaving my bike with Tom and his team.So it is safe to say I will not be using joes anymore!!!!!Keep up the good work!!”

“A good shop to get a range of products at reasonable prices. Plenty of car parking places up to 90 mins. Toilets nearby across the road from Asda. Cost 20p if urgent! Under 10 min walk into centre of town.”

“A great variety of products at very low (supermarket beating) prices. The store was quite quiet, but it was early. Very well stocked and very tidy. I didn't intend to buy anything but ended up with a bag full. I would definitely go there again”

You don’t get a lot of general service jobs where staff actually care nowadays, but this lady really goes above and beyond in her role. “Needs some updating, stock piled up at the back of the store waiting to be put out on the shelves.Great value, although some stuff is really "cheap"! Not really worth the visit. The staff were mostly friendly and courteous some were less interested in customer service and more interested in checking their phones?”
