“After a bad experience a year or so ago at topps tiles it had become the place I went as a last resort. Im so glad I did go back because Kate and Marc absolutely changed the game for me. I love interior design but after years of renovating I have massive decision fatigue and without Kate and Marc I’d have gone ahead with boring tiles. They were both so informative, really listened to what my style was, looked at pictures of the surrounding area I was tiling and gave me tons of tile options aswell as grout combinations. Nothing was too much. I’m a customer service consultant by trade and often find it hard to be impressed by service (guess I have very high standards), I was blown away by how great they were and not pushy in the slightest. I now have the perfect tiles that I’ve had compliments on the samples alone (even from the postie) and I’ll certainly be back when we move onto the bathroom!”

“Nice staff and great store. Located behind National Tyres. There was no parking at the front, but 7 spaces at the rear. We saw 4 staff inside, but none had parked at the rear. Or did they all walk to work? Always leave the closest parking for customers.”
