“We chose The Little Kitchen Factory because we were impressed with our first visit to the showroom and the obvious pride John felt about the company. John was very knowledgeable about all the products and was happy to take time to discuss all options and answer any questions without any pressure. We knew The Little Kitchen Factory wouldn't be the cheapest but we felt it was worth spending that bit more to get a quality kitchen and utility room.
John came to our home to measure up and come up with a design which was everything we had asked for and more. The care and attention he put into the planning stage was very much appreciated.
Paul came a few weeks before work was due to start to double check everything and go through the finer details with us. He was meticulous and checked everything to ensure it was accurate. Paul, like John, was happy to answer any questions and we knew we were in excellent hands.
Our fitters, Darren and Bryn, cut no corners with their workmanship. They worked hard and everything was done to an extremely high standard. They too are an asset to the business.
We are thrilled with our new kitchen and utility room and would recommend The Little Kitchen Factory to anybody who wants a quality kitchen fitted to a high standard.”

“A friend told me to go to Eyres and tell them of my needs and ask what could be delivered asap. I spoke to a Gentleman at the desk. Another Gentleman to showed me round the store. He was so polite and showed me more furniture than I have ever seen. When I found what I was looking for this lovely man arranged for my Husband to travel up in the shops lift. We paid for our purchases and arranged delivery. We only had to wait 2 days. The delivery men were great, polite and very efficient. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. “Order number BS244208I bought a shed from BillyOh on the 27th of January and it was due for delivery on 13th feb. There was a time slot of 6:41am - 12:41pm. The driver actually arrived at 7pm after changing a tyre, traffic and replacing a broken phone. He dropped it off.I got someone to put it up for me as BillyOh don't put up sheds and it's a great shed but after putting it up, I noticed that my ordered lock wasn't there. So I rang the company on the 15th feb and they were going to send me one by parcel. I tracked it for 10 days but the parcel hadn't moved so I rang up the company and they checked again and turned out there was a problem with the collection of the parcel. So they resent it through the system again and on the 29th Feb, I received my lock. I opened the package but there were no screws in the package, just the clasp, lock and keys. I have my own screws but on the website it shows it with screws.I would recommend BillyOh for quality of shed but not for service”
