M A was helpful, courteous and completed the actions I required proficiently and in a friendly manner. Thank you. The customer experience was good and maybe I will look to open an account with Lloyds after all.”

“Granted it is small but the staff are excellent. Compared to other banks in Worksop, they are polite.I've had other banks in worksop throw my receipt at me when I've been to the counter. Sometimes the queue is worth it for the friendliness of the staff.”

“Absolutely amazing. Food was great. There was one item on our starter that they didn’t have, they told us and asked if we wanted anything else in exchange and they put extra of everything on for the inconvenience. I don’t know who the man was that was working but he did an excellent job asking if everything was ok with our meals and just going above and beyond. Serving sizes were bigger than expected and the prices are pretty cheap for what you get. Cant complain”
