He suggested a different brick to the one I thought I wanted , it turned out to be a perfect match and he went to quite a lot of trouble to access them. “I went today, looking for Christmas inspiration. Near the door was the usual stuff...not inspired. I nearly turned round and left.I thought I'd go to the top of the store to look at the gardening, outdoors.......To my amazement, there was a huge Christmas grotto typedisplay of loads and loads of Christmas trees, lighting, Christmas gifts, animated toys and ornaments galore......it took me a long time to get round it all........marvellous......hugely inspiring.................but I didn't know it was there ...!!!”

I placed my order and was told that particular size isn't in stock but suggested an alternative and this turned out to be cheaper than the sawmill I'd been to previously. This is the second time I've used Jackson's due to being let down elsewhere, they will be my 'go to' from now on. Helpful staff, prices are as expected. Worth a visit.”

“I've had issues with this store's staff in the past!I used to live in my X5 a few years ago due to losing my job & struggled with my mental health & still do... the refund dispute I had was about an inverter that I purchased to wire in the boot to charge my phone & watch TV but eversince that they have over the last few years exceeded my expectations on customer service, expertise & I feel I've made progress with my understanding on the workings of my cycle after watching them replace parts.Furthermore I have gained experience from the team members on suggested improvements to the headset for safer cycling, chain due to stretch also the cassette had become worn because of the previous owner I believe! I bought the bike cheaply from a friend who will be pleased to hear that I am taking care of it for him xx”

“Easy to find with plenty of parking space. I was having trouble ordering doors online so had to go in the shop to sort it, I was only there 5 minutes they sorted it quickly brilliant service. Wiks doesn't look big from the outside but inside it's plenty big enough the kitchen & bathroom showroom part has alot of choice for ideas good prices too. Definitely recommend a visit”
