“Very enjoyable shopping experience. Was served by a lovely lady named Hollie who was very knowledgeable and helpful ensuring I had the right mattress to go with the adjustable bed base. The whole thing went very smoothly and the bed was delivered exactly when they said it would be and the delivery guys were lovely. I chose to have the bed assembled and they also took away all the packaging and my old bed and mattress.”

“Having taken my Mercedes SLK to a local independent parts supplier/fitter, I was told that they wouldn't be able to fit the new dipped headlamp bulbs, due to the wheels needing to be removed. I have used this company for years, and I must say, I was a little disappointed.

I have always been a little sceptical of large chains, and reluctantly booked with Halfords Mansfield.

The online booking was very easy. I was greated on arrival and seen promptly. The young lady who fitted the bulbs gave exceptional customer service. The whole job was completed within 10 minutes, at a very competitive price.

What really stood out was the service received. On a rather cold a blustery day, it was refreshing to see someone that genuinely seemed to be enjoying her job and customer interaction. A credit to the company, and I will certainly be returning in the future.”

“I ordered wallpaper online, but received a phone call today to say it wasn't available. The lovely lady told me I could have an immediate refund or go into store to choose another product. As soon as I walked into the dulux centre I was greeted by an assistant and shown to the wallpaper books. He was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. “Excellent choice of tiles, I left with 3 sample tiles to colour match at home. The staff were very knowledgeable about the stock and couldn't do enough to help. The chap even carried the tiles out to my car for me. A five star experience!”

“I would just like to say a big thank you to Martin & Celia for replacing my wardrobe doors, After a night out with work and a few too many to drink I was trying to remove my socks and lost my balance crashing into the doors breaking two of them worst of all my wife was asleep in bed NOT MY FINNEST HOUR!!!!! but all good now just banned from nights out :(Anyway less about me more about M B S Interiors Martin did a fantastic job from start to finish and it wasn't easy for him trying to match my other sliding door that they fitted many many years ago could not be Happier with the result. “Entered the shop, we were asked if we needed help in any way, we said we were just browsing for ideas, the salesman said if we needed any help just to ask. We (my wife and I) browsed around the shop for a while trying out different sofas. We eventually saw one we both liked and asked the salesman about the sofa. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the product, (sorry his name escapes me) we left a deposit and await the arrival of our new sofa. We chose a corner sofa which allowed you to add am extra seat to replace the storage cup holder. We got a good deal and it was a pleasant experience, we've bought at ScS before and have had no issues with the previous sofas we purchased there. Highly recommend”

“Had abit of a faff while buying a speaker that was marked up wrong in the stall and on Currys pc world's own stock system.
Craig the member of staff that is incharge of that section managed to find the product that we wanted at the price advertised at a near by store and reserved it for us to collect.”

“Lovely lady helped me with finding clothes, there wasn’t any of the clothes I wanted so she recommended some shops despite not working at them. I only wish is that they had a wider range, but it’s good at what it is now!”

“Very happy with all windows fitted in our period property. The wooden sash windows were well matched to the orignals and fitted professionally. No issues with paint at all and also matched perfectly. Russ can be hard to contact which is why this is 4/5 and not 5/5. We had a small problem with 1 sash window which he did fix (after a little chasing). Overall, very happy with the product but communication is the only downfall”

“I cannot fault Harvey's one bit. Right from entering the Mansfield store, the sales assistants were helpful without being pushy and I felt at ease to browse at my own leisure. When I finally decided on the Ashmore sofa, Steve was nothing but helpful. The process of purchasing the sofa and arranging delivery was quick and simple. As promised, I received a call around 5 weeks later to confirm my delivery date. I then recieved a text 48 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm my time slot. I also received a phone call on the morning of delivery to confirm a more precise time slot, and again 5 minutes before it arrived. The delivery drivers were fantastic, they were respectful of my home and used shoe covers when inside. They also placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. All whilst being friendly and chatty. I am delighted with my purchase, it is fantastic quality and even better than I remembered it to be in store. I would absolutely use Harvey's again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.”
