“This hotel was nothing short of amazing. We checked in after our Wedding for a spa retreat and stay. We were upgraded to a suite and were greeted by a lovely message and a bottle of champagne congratulating us on our nuptials. The room was clean and beautifully presented. The spa afternoon stay was insane and the treatments were amazing. Special mention to Neil, his service in the spa was outstanding. As soon as he heard it was our wedding day he came out with a dessert to say congratulations and ensured we had everything we needed. 100% would recommend staying here. “Went for a meal there in the Indian restaurant part.
The service was great from the guy at the reception area, I didn’t get his name to the two people who waited on us, predominantly Emmanuel who took our orders, served us and asked if everything was to our liking which it was .
There was Alishia from Arizona ( America ) who was just as polite and engaging as Emmanuel, made for a great experience overall.
I cannot rate it highly and will be going again at the first opportunity to celebrate anything.
The decor of the room and the quality of the food was exceptional .”
