“Just wow!! I can not thank the whole team enough for our experience at my daughters appt yesterday. My daughter is in the long process of being diagnosed with autism and as any parent knows autistic or not, attention span is limited, haha!! The whole team went above and beyond, helping my daughter feel at ease, taking their time, and nothing was too much trouble even she is so sensitive about her glasses and certain things but by half way through she was taking them off with ease and having a laugh with all the staff.Also being a parent in these appts and situations wanting to raise your children to be strong independent and assertive can really go against you and can on all levels make things quite difficult, traumatic and guilt wrenching that you just can't persuade your little darlings to just stare at a balloon sit still and do as needed and not take up people's time and patience it can truelly be a nightmare. This is why I had to share my gratitude for the whole team words cannot express how grateful we are and how wonderful you all areThank you ? so so muchA very lucky mum and little girl xxx”
