Throughout the process, we were assisted by James, whose professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly manner made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We left feeling extremely satisfied with both the service and the products. Yesterday, we returned to the store as our glasses had become slightly loose and needed adjusting. As soon as we walked in, we made a beeline for James — it was a pleasure to see him again, and he seemed genuinely pleased to see us too. While making the adjustments, James noticed that one of my frames had unexpectedly started to peel. He immediately expressed concern and said this wasn’t acceptable. Without hesitation, he took them away and returned just minutes later with a brand-new replacement frame. Not only did he ensure everything fit perfectly, but he also gave the glasses a thorough clean — a small gesture that really went a long way. This level of care and attention is rare, and James is a shining example of what true 5-star customer service looks like. He went above and beyond without being asked, and his professionalism and pride in his work were clear to see.
