I had a very disappointing experience at the Zara store in Nottingham. The item had a lower price displayed on the packaging, but when I got to the till, staff removed the label to reveal a higher price underneath. It felt misleading and dishonest. Definitely not impressed — 0 stars ?

Really hot, long queues and under staffed. Also noticed that staff not given their break/ lunch on time. The staff themselves are really helpful and nice.

Nice branch. They have a vast variety of clothing to pick from. They were on 50 to 80 percent off sales when I visited and they had good items one can actually buy.
