Just popped in for some tea and chocolate coated coffee beans. The shop was busy but the staff stopped to help.

Ordered online to collect at this store. One broken box was hidden under other good ones inside the carry bag and when I came back to exchange (fortunately I didn't go far before I found it), the staffs weren't surprised nor apologized at all, which made me wonder if they put the broken box for click and collect on purpose.
