Such a kind and friendly atmosphere, the employees are so friendly and helpful. The Matcha Latte is really good too and the cafe baristas are friendly and welcoming too.

Best Waterstones I have come across. Many levels focused on different categories. Childrens level a few floors up with a kids reading area. Excellent cafe area so you can buy books and have a tea and cake. Provision of toilets very welcome here. Makes it always a reason to stop here. Best waterstones I've been to. Staff are very friendly. So many floors plus a café at the top. Very relaxing to wander round. Lovely choices of gifts, cards and wrapping paper too.
