“One of the best Waterstones I've ever been to.
A really large shop with well organised stock and plenty of recommendations. I particularly like the top floor and it's fantasy/sci-fi/YA and manga section being put together.
Till staff are friendly, coffee shop has plenty of space and they are happy for you spend the day browsing.
A good afternoon out -juet beware you'll come out with far more books than you intended.”

“We semi regularly drop off unwanted items here, gifts that aren't 'us' or clothes in good condition. Staff are always super helpful. It's sad that quite a few people just use them as a dumping ground. The lady we saw yesterday said they waste hours sifting through rubbish which they cannot re-use or put up for sale in their shops.What they do put out nearly always contains something I find useful, wearable or readable. Thank you Oxfam.”

“I called into the WHSmith in Beeston today looking for a diary. One of the shop assistants could see I was looking for something and kindly offered to help. She took me over to the diary section and then informed me that they may be reduced. To my luck, she was right. I got a great saving, so I bought two more for my mates.
