Lovely lady named Christine helped me with my banking app on my phone, she was incredibly helpful, polite and patient. She went on to show me other things on the app I didn't know about and helped me set up a holiday savings plan.Absolutely great customer service, thank you.

TSB Should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.They have closed 5 branches in Netherfield, mapperly, Arnold Nottingham City Centre and West Bridgford has one till.They only think of profits.They are a disgraceful.
