Went in Arnold Nottingham store and a young lady with piercings fitted us in immediately for 2 sets of ears to be pierced. She was very helpful, efficient and was professional. I have been in the Arnold store frequently. Majority of the time the same assistant has been on the main counter. For some reason she isn't welcoming at all or friendly. I was interested in buying a fragrance. I wasn't acknowledged. I had to ask for assistance. I was given a tester fragrance strip. No further conversation... read full comment
